We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the XFX Store. Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item, if defective. Unless specifically noted, this period is 30 days from the date of the shipment of the product. We offer an exchange without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
